Packaging & Delivery

Packaging Types

1. Gift Pack - £5.95
Personalised gift pack sent in our signature gift pack, with Gift Voucher and documentation in a choice of standard font or large font (16 point) format.

2. Braille Gift Pack - £15.95
Personalised gift pack sent in our signature gift pack, with Gift Voucher and documentation in Braille print.

3. eVoucher - Free of Charge
Personalised gift pack sent to the email address of your choice and scheduled for a delivery date/time for that perfectly timed present for someone.

Delivery

Postage of our experience gift packs is included in the price and will usually be sent via Royal Mail second Class post the next working day. Please allow 3 - 5 working days for delivery of a gift pack. Please Note that Braille Gift Packs are normally dispatched within 5 working days from the date of order, this is to allow for the production of the braille materials.

Delivery outside mainland UK - Prices include delivery of vouchers to UK mainland. If you require delivery to an address outside UK mainland, please contact us before purchasing your gift pack as prices and delivery times may vary.

iCan Experiences Ltd cannot be held responsible if a gift pack or any other information arrives late due to Royal Mail. If the gift pack is lost in the post iCan Experiences Ltd will provide a duplicate voucher. Please note, Royal Mail do not consider a package to be lost until 15 working days have passed, we can therefore not send a duplicate voucher before this time.

Terms and Conditions

Vouchers

iCan Experiences offer one type of gift voucher. An Experience Voucher - A gift voucher that can be redeemed against the experience for which is printed on the voucher.

Voucher Validity

All iCan Experiences vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase (unless otherwise stated). The experience must also be booked and taken within the 12 month period (or other period as stated). Expiration dates are clearly printed on all eVouchers and gift vouchers.

Please note that some experiences are seasonal. The 12 month validity of the voucher still applies, so please consider this when making a purchase and booking the experience.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds can be made on unused vouchers bought direct from iCan Experiences within 14 days of purchase. Where dates have already been booked with the experience operator, no refund can be given. iCan Experiences require that any gift pack must be returned to iCan Experiences prior to processing a refund. Please note when sending gift packs through the post, iCan Experiences suggests using secure delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of gift packs when being returned to us.

Refunds are always made to the person who purchased the voucher, and if originally purchased by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited to the same card, or in some cases by cheque. iCan Experiences will refund the value of the experience minus £10 to cover administration costs.
 
Refunds for valid unused iCan Experiences vouchers purchased from other retail outlets should be taken up direct with the retailer, subject both to the retailer’s own return policies plus any specific terms and conditions detailed on the gift pack or packaging. Till receipts must be retained as proof of purchase.

We are happy to exchange unused experience vouchers for an alternative experience voucher, exchange will incur a £10 administration fee. If the new experience is of less value than the voucher that has been purchased no cash refund will be given. If the experience is of greater cost than the voucher previously purchased then the difference must be paid. Once an experience has been booked it cannot under any circumstances be exchanged or refunded.

Cancellations

Once the iCan Experiences voucher has been redeemed with the experience operator, you are bound by their terms and conditions and will be unable to cancel your booking. Some operators may allow you to amend the date and time of your booking, but iCan Experiences cannot be held responsible in the event that your booking cannot be changed resulting in the cancelation of the experience.  

Sometimes our experience operators have to postpone an experience for reasons beyond their control, such as the weather or mechanical breakdown. We will do our best to notify you as soon as possible and do everything we can to offer an alternative date or time. We regret that, in these circumstances, iCan Experiences is unable to reimburse travel, accommodation or any other expenses you may incur in relation to the cancelled experience.

Group Bookings

Group bookings are non refundable. Payment for all group bookings is required within 14 days of receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed. A group booking can be rescheduled once with no less than 1 months notice.

Cancellation of a group booking with less than 1 months notice will forfeit 100% of total order value. Cancellation of a group booking with more than 1 months notice will forfeit 50% of total order value.

Restrictions

Certain experiences are subject to minimum or maximum requirements specified by our experience operators; e.g. age, health, height or weight. iCan Experiences make every effort to make these restrictions clear through our website.

Descriptions & Illustrations

All descriptions of experiences are correct at the time of purchase. However, suppliers may change this from time to time.

Illustrations are not intended to portray specific locations or equipment for experiences as we may have various locations for a particular activity. The images used to illustrate experiences, particularly those that take place at more than one location, are used as an indication only. The vehicles, craft, machines, animals and settings at each venue do vary.

Disability Classifications

iCan Experiences have tried hard to classify what is a wide and varying range of thousands of disabilities into some key disability classifications. This has been done to aid our customers in making an informed decision. If there is any ambiguity or if it is unclear as to whether an experience is suitable for a specific disability, please do contact us, we will be happy to talk to you about this.

Carers, Friends and Family

Carers, friends and family are encouraged to purchase and take part in the experience and share the fun with their friend or loved one! Carers are expected to assist the individual where necessary throughout the experience. When not required the carer is most welcome to spectate and take photographs. Unless explicitly mentioned in the experience description, carers will need to pay if they wish to partake in the experience. Friends and Family are most welcome at all experience venues, however, there may be an additional spectator charge at some venues for any additional people beyond a carer. Spectator charges are highlighted in our experience descriptions where applicable.

Venues

The iCan Experiences network of experience operators includes many of the UK’s best experience venues. We are always adding to the locations we offer, but occasionally we may need to withdraw venues featured here for reasons beyond our control. If your preferred location is withdrawn, you will be offered alternative venues wherever possible, but please note this is likely to be at a different location or with a different experience operator. 

Each venue has its own terms and conditions (available upon request) and your participation is conditional on your acceptance of these.

Session Lengths

Session lengths are approximate, vary from venue to venue and are given simply as an indication of the time you will spend at the venue. Unless stated otherwise, you will usually be taking turns with other people and there may be waiting time involved. We give itineraries as a guide only and the running order of an event may change.

Weather

Some iCan Experiences are dependent on the weather and we will advise you if you need to call to check the weather before setting out. If your experience is cancelled due to the weather you will be able to re-book, but your re-booked experience remains subject to weather conditions.

Availability

All of our experiences are offered subject to availability. Please book as early as possible, preferably at least 28 days in advance or further for peak dates such as weekends or holiday periods. Bookings are not confirmed until you receive confirmation from the experience operator.  You should not make any arrangements in connection with the booking until you have received confirmation.
 
Where specific elements of the experience such as vehicles or celebrities are not available due to mechanical breakdown or illness, we reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions on the day. If this is not possible we reserve the right to cancel the experience at short notice.

Complaints

We welcome your feedback on all of our experiences. If you have a problem or complaint on the day, please bring it to the attention of the host or experience manager at the venue as soon as possible, so that they have a chance to put matters right. If your problem is not resolved on the day, please contact us, including your voucher number, name and venue details, and we will be happy to take the matter up with the experience operator. In general, we consider it unreasonable if you do not raise any concerns you have on the day, then subsequently raise a complaint.

Competition Prizes and Promotional Vouchers

Competition Prizes and Promotional vouchers may have restrictions including, but not limited to, dates and times of use, validity period and experience content. Competition Prizes and Promotional vouchers can not be exchanged refunded or extended.

Pricing

All prices quoted in our promotional literature and on our website include VAT where applicable and are correct at the time of publication. We reserve the right to increase the price of any product without notice. You will be notified of any price increase before you place your order.

Experience Operators

iCan Experiences acts as an agent for selected operators whose products and services are represented within the iCan Experiences website. iCan Experiences have contracted agreements with its operators regarding their standard of performance and where appropriate, operators are registered with their relevant controlling or regulatory bodies. Whilst iCan Experiences takes great care in selecting it's operators, we have not, however, undertaken a detailed examination of all their equipment, facilities or systems, and shall not be responsible for the safety standards or the quality or delivery of the experience, or any loss or damage suffered by you whilst participating in the experience for which the operator shall be solely responsible.

Once a booking has been made with an experience operator the participant is bound by the Terms and Conditions of that operator.
