This is a truly once in a lifetime opportunity! The home of gift experiences for disabled people have teamed up with a leading Supercar driving Experience provider to bring people with any level of visual impairment the chance to get behind the wheel of a Supercar and to drive it around a circuit comprising hairpin turns and fast straights!

The Supercars

Customers can choose between a Ferrari F360, an Aston Martin DB9, a Lamborghini Gallardo, Audi R8, Porsche 911 or a 1967 classic Ford Mustang! With this truly iconic line up of supercars, we know it’s going to be a struggle to choose which one to drive!

Blind Driving? How?

These supercars have all been fitted with Automatic gearboxes, allowing drivers to concentrate on directing the car and controlling speed without the added complication of gear changes. All drivers will be accompanied by a professional instructor who will give you feedback on direction, speed and ultimately keep you on the track!

We are also offering you the option to purchase a Hot Lap ride at a discounted price where the professional instructor will show you what a performance car can do around the circuit! Typically in a Lotus Elise.

Our 2019 dates are:

Friday 17th May ***FULLY BOOKED***
Friday 26th July ***FULLY BOOKED***
Friday 18th October ***FULLY BOOKED***

Have a watch of our Blind Supercar Driving video below and see for yourself how fun and exciting this driving experience really is!

On the Day

As you arrive, you will be greeted by the friendly staff at the registration desk who will help you to sign in. Once signed in, grab a complimentary Tea or Coffee.

You will then join a classroom style briefing session about what to expect and safety in and out of the cars.

Next you will then be taken on a familiarisation lap, getting to know the circuit. Then it’s back to base where you will be called up in turn to get behind the wheel of your car of choice!

Next, it’s time to have an unforgettable experience as you drive your dream supercar around the circuit as many times as you can in the 10 minute time slot!

When you return to base, you will be presented with your certificate.

Need to know

How long does it take?
Customers should allow up to two hours for the Blind driving experience. You will get approximately 10 minutes in which to drive your dream supercar around the circuit as many times as you can!

When can I try it?
We try and run the event 3 times a year, so please check the "Dates" section for the latest event date.

What should I wear/bring?
You should wear flat soled shoes, trainers are preferable and clothing appropriate for the weather.

Do I need to hold a driving licence or have driven a car before?
No, you do not need to hold a driving licence, nor do you need to have driven a car before. It does however help if you have driven previously!

Can my family/friends come and watch me drive?
We are more than happy for Family, Friends and carers to attend, in fact, we insist! It’ll make the day that much more enjoyable!

The venue has ample parking and the car park is laid to concrete. There is no dedicated disabled parking at this venue. The car parking spaces are approximately 20 – 25 meters from the main doors.

The pathways from car park are laid to concrete wide enough to accommodate a guide dog and owner side-by-side. There is a grass area that separates the car park from the main building marked with a flag in each corner.

The registration desk is approximately 15 meters straight ahead as you turn in through the front door.

There are no dedicated disabled toilets, but the toilets are generous in size and there are no steps to overcome in order to get to them.

Guide dogs are welcome, although they do need to remain on the lead at all times for safety reasons. You will need to bring your own provisions such as a water bowl as they cannot be provided on-site.

There are plenty of grass areas to “spend” a guide dog, please be mindful of other customers and clear up after your dog where possible.
